To create an account, click the "Sign Up" button on the top right of the homepage, and follow the instructions. You'll need to provide an email address and create a password. Verification of your student status may be required to access certain features.

Kwickz is free for individual users looking to buy or sell single items. Fees apply for community posts or sellers with multiple listings, designed to maintain the quality and integrity of the marketplace.

Once you're logged in, click on "Post an Item" in your user dashboard. Fill out the form with details about the item, including a description, price, and photos. Review your listing and then submit it for community review.

We encourage all users to meet in public places for transactions, preferably in designated safe trade spots. Always inspect items in person, and avoid transactions that require shipping or online payment before item exchange.

Transactions on Kwickz are between users, so returns depend on the agreement between buyer and seller. We recommend discussing return policies before completing a transaction.

If you experience any issues, such as fraud or harassment, please report the user immediately via our "Report" feature, accessible on every listing and user profile. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action.

To edit or delete your listing, go to your dashboard, select the listing you want to change, and choose "Edit" or "Delete." Make sure to save any changes you make.

Yes, we prohibit the sale of illegal items, hazardous materials, and any goods that require a legal transfer process, like firearms or vehicles without proper documentation. Check our Terms of Service for a full list of prohibited items.
